Stop Dangerous Mail-Order Abortions

YOU Can Help STOP a Dangerous Abortion Drug

Liberty Counsel is fighting in federal court to restore critical safety protections for women and expose the deadly legacy behind one of America’s most dangerous abortion drugs.

We recently filed an amicus brief in Louisiana v. FDA before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our brief urges the court to reinstate the requirement that the chemical abortion drug mifepristone be dispensed only through an in-person medical visit. The FDA removed these safeguards and now allows the drug to be distributed through the mail with far less medical oversight.

This critical case is about protecting women, defending unborn children, and challenging a system that has disproportionately targeted minority communities for decades.

Will you make a generous gift of $50, $100, $250, or more today to help Liberty Counsel continue this critical legal battle?

Give today, and a generous Challenge Grant will DOUBLE your impact.

In our brief, Liberty Counsel demonstrates how the FDA relaxed mifepristone’s safety requirements without adequately addressing the serious risks to women. Chemical abortions can lead to severe complications, yet women are increasingly obtaining these drugs without in-person medical supervision.

But there is another disturbing truth

Our brief also exposes the dark historical connection between the abortion industry and the eugenics movement. Mifepristone is owned by the Population Council, an organization founded by advocates of population control whose efforts have long focused on reducing birth rates among minority populations.

Today, abortion facilities remain heavily concentrated in minority communities. What began as a eugenics agenda has simply been repackaged under new names and new slogans.

Liberty Counsel is standing before the courts to challenge these dangerous policies and defend both women and innocent unborn children.

The stakes could not be higher

The Fifth Circuit already ruled that the FDA should restore the in-person dispensing requirement. However, the U.S. Supreme Court temporarily blocked that ruling while the case proceeds. The final outcome could impact abortion policy and drug safety protections nationwide.

That’s why Liberty Counsel is investing significant legal resources to ensure these vital issues are heard in court.

Stop the slaughter of innocents.
