Liberty Counsel going to war against schools that secretly “transitions” kids

It’s bad enough that public schools are denying basic biology to indoctrinate youths into the LBGTQ’s “trans” agenda. Now they are openly working to alienate children from their own parents in order to speed those children toward the dark "trans" world without parental knowledge or consent. 

In our most recent case, Liberty Counsel had already sent the school district a demand letter. The school agreed — but then only pretended to comply. And one of the teachers at the heart of the matter has declared herself to be the plaintiff’s daughter’s new “mom.” 

We are getting more and more cases like these, where errant schoolteachers are usurping parental rights to “transition” and take over the souls of children. Liberty Counsel is declaring war, but we need your help to win.

A Pennsylvania school district had been secretly transitioning Sharon’s* daughter for two years, before Sharon found out.

She was shocked to learn that her daughter, Jane*, had become known as John* in all her classes and extracurricular school activities, unbeknownst to Sharon.

Despite specific demands from Sharon — including the letter from Liberty Counsel demanding that the school use Jane’s given name and biologically correct pronouns in every situation, including yearbooks — the school continued with its ruse. 

The school only pretended to comply.

Now Sharon’s daughter is forever memorialized in the school yearbook as a boy named John.

Worse yet, Sharon discovered handwritten notes from Jane's teachers dated five months after Liberty Counsel’s demand letter and the school's feigned acquiescence, where the teachers were still calling her daughter “John.”

Teachers are pushing parental alienation to serve the LGBTQ doctrine.

And one of those notes, written by a teacher we will call Miss X*, not only opened with Jane’s fake name, but referred to Jane as “my son, my boy!” and stated how “thankful” this teacher was to have been “John’s” “mom.”

Miss X is NOT Jane’s mom. But this misguided teacher took it upon herself to assume that role and alienate Jane from her own mother — because the teacher wanted the young woman to try to make herself into a “boy.”

Sadly, we are receiving more and more of these kinds of pleas for help from parents devastated by the sick measures LGBTQ-pushing teachers are forcing on children, often with an extra evil dose of parental alienation thrown in.

In another situation, a trans pusher told a minor girl that the teacher would “be the girls Mom” if the girl’s parents refused to “affirm” the girl’s fake male identity.

In yet another complaint we received, a lesbian teacher told a student to “get as far away from her parents as she could” so that she could “transition to the opposite sex as soon as possible.”

Who do these teachers think they are?

Sadly, school districts have a shocking level of influence on our children. Teachers and administrators hold our children’s minds captive for 7-8 hours a day.

Those hours are supposed to be filled with reading, writing, arithmetic, and a well-rounded education to help that young person prepare for a career after school.

But apparently, woke teachers and school administrators are more intent on transing and alienating kids from their parents and their Christian upbringing than they are on educating them.

Liberty Counsel is fighting to end this trend once and for all.
