Back to school means back to court
in these districts
Woke school districts are working harder than ever to unlawfully ban after-school Bible clubs. Liberty Counsel stands in their way.
Christianity is on the rise among young people. But woke school districts are trying to squash the revival, banning after-school Bible clubs and replacing those slots with LGBTQ Pride Clubs, cross-dressing Boy Scouts, and Planned Parenthood-affirming Girl Scouts groups.
But the law is on our side. Liberty Counsel will not allow these attempts to warp young minds to succeed. But we need your help to win.
Help us defend after-school Bible clubs with your gift today. Every donation will be doubled in impact by a special Challenge Grant.
The law is clear. Public school districts may not discriminate against after-school clubs just because district leaders disagree with that club’s Christian message.
But that isn’t stopping woke school administrators from violating the law.
These are just a handful of the cases we are working on. And in nearly every Good News Club case we have defended, the woke school districts have either unlawfully refused to allow Good News Clubs to meet or attempted to ward off Bible clubs by charging exorbitant fees not charged other, “preferred” clubs.
Meanwhile, public schools that ban Good News Clubs seem to have no problem opening their doors wide for Boy Scouts (which now promotes “transgenderism”), Girl Scouts (where local chapters promote Planned Parenthood’s s*x miseducation), and LGBTQ “Pride” cult meetings.
Why are they fighting a losing battle?
The law is clearly on our side. But they keep trying, because they know what we know: The 4-14 window is the most formative time in a child’s life.
What a child learns and believes between the ages of 4 and 14 years will become the foundation of that child’s entire life.
That foundation can either be built on the shifting sands of the enemy’s lies, or it can be built upon the Lord.
Because of good friends like you, Liberty Counsel is fighting for these kids.
Liberty Counsel has defended Child Evangelism Fellowship and their Good News after-school Bible clubs for decades. We have never lost a case defending CEF's Good News Clubs, but these school districts keep trying — and that costs money.
We never charge our clients, because few churches or ministries can afford to fight local governments gone wrong. Instead, they rely on you, the faithful Liberty Counsel supporter, to ensure that rogue school districts end their lawless ways.
A special Challenge Grant has been established to support our legal fund. Today, your gift of 25, 50, 100, 500 dollars or more will be doubled. Please take advantage of this special grant to ensure we can continue to fight for children’s right to hear the Gospel.
“Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).
