Don’t Let Them “Queer” Our Kids!

Aug 11, 2026

“Chloe Cole Act” MUST pass before the midterms

The Chloe Cole Act has two aims:

  • Permanently ban chemical and surgical “gender transitioning” of minor children.

  • Allow families and patients to sue the therapists, medical professionals, and hospitals that poisoned and mutilated their young bodies.

Right now, Republicans have the majority in both houses of Congress. But that might not be the case after the midterm elections.

Fax Congress now and demand they vote yes on the Chloe Cole Act!

Congress must pass this lifesaving legislation now, or we might not get another chance to save American children from the LGBTQ mafia's attempt to “queer” our kids.

Chloe Cole’s parents did not have an option when they took their daughter for counseling. In her state, only transgender-“affirming” therapy was allowed; the state had banned Christian change counseling.

Chloe’s parents were reluctant when the therapists pushed to chemically and surgically turn their precious girl child into a “boy.”

But the therapists threatened the parents with a lie propagated by the gender-affirming care industry, that it is better to have a living “son” than a dead daughter. Believing their daughter was at death's door, and with a state ban preventing them from learning otherwise, Chloe’s parents reluctantly agreed.

Chloe underwent puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and a double mastectomy before she was even 16 years old. Now in her early 20s, Chloe has come out of the madness, “destransitioning” to the young woman God created her to be.

But she will never be able to recover the organs and tissue the doctors sliced off her body, or the high, lilting singing voice she had before the “trans” drugs lowered it and squared her jawline.

We’ve heard this horror story over and over and over again from families coast to coast whose states banned them from getting Christian counseling.

The truth is that people who undergo chemical and surgical gender changes have significantly higher suicide rates than the rest of the public, and even their gay- and lesbian-affirming peers. But many states are actively forcing mental health counselors, therapists, and medical practitioners to “affirm” gender dysphoria.

In its recent ruling in Chiles v. Salazer, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that cities and states may not ban Christian change counseling.

But a number of states are refusing to abide by the SCOTUS ruling, and Liberty Counsel must now sue these states into compliance.

We need your direct financial support to fight these battles. Support our legal fund today and a special Challenge Grant will double your gift.

But as we fight these battles in the courtroom, we also need Congress to take action now — banning child chemical and surgical gender changes before even one more child is permanently scarred by the gender-benders' poisons and scalpels.

H.R. 5483 and S. 2907, The Chloe Cole Act, would permanently ban child gender changes. But Congress needs to hear from you NOW to make sure this legislation passes.

Please, take a moment right now to fax Congress!

Finally, please pray that God frees America from the grip of this demonic “trans” agenda that is destroying our children and our culture.
