After 10 years, the fight continues   

After more than a decade of relentless litigation, Liberty Counsel won a complete victory in federal court.   

But instead of accepting the facts and the court's ruling, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has appealed and is forcing us back into court once again.   

This is exactly how lawfare works. The goal is not simply to win a case. The goal is to exhaust Liberty Counsel, drain our resources, and make the cost of defending truth so high that we are forced to give up. But we refuse to back down. 

I will deliver oral arguments to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City on October 23.

The SPLC's client demanded a ridiculous 200 billion dollars from Liberty Counsel. Yet after years of litigation, thousands of hours of legal work, dozens of depositions, and an enormous volume of evidence, the court ruled in our favor.

Still, the SPLC refuses to stop.

Our legal team has prepared extensive appellate filings and will continue defending Liberty Counsel as oral arguments approach. But every brief, filing, and court appearance requires substantial time and resources.
