The abortion pill killed these women and their children.

The abortion pill has a nasty tendency to cause sepsis and death in the women who take it. Today we’ll talk about four women in California who lost their lives to this murderous drug.

But first, take a moment to demand Congress protect women and children from the abortion pills by passing HR 9421, the Ban Abortion by Mail Act.

These women DIED after taking mifepristone/misoprostol — the abortion pill cocktail:

• 18-year-old Holly Patterson: Died of septic shock from a uterine bacterial infection (C. sordellii).
• 21-year-old Hoa Thuy “Vivian” Tran: Died after developing severe infection/sepsis.
• 22-year-old Chanelle Bryant: Died from infection/toxic shock.
• 34-year-old Oriane Shevin: Died of sepsis.

Sadly, there have been so many fatal infections resulting from the abortion pill that these women’s deaths are no longer unique.

Instead, these women have become just another statistic in the abortion industry’s massive death toll.

Mail-order abortion has put that death toll on steroids.

And unfortunately, sepsis is just one of the many life-threatening complications of taking the abortion pills. Without an in-person examination at the time of administration or after ingesting the drugs, risks like hemorrhaging, ruptured ectopic pregnancy, undetected deadly uterine bacterial infections like C. sordellii, and sepsis caused by remains of the dead and decaying baby left in the mother’s womb will continue to happen.

For the above reasons and more, the FDA used to require in-person dispensation of these abortion drugs and follow-up because they have killed so many women.

But when Joe and Jill Biden decided to expand the abortion industry’s deadly reach, they ordered the FDA to remove those lifesaving requirements, creating the new “abortion by mail” industry for their friends at Planned Parenthood.

It’s time to undo what the Bidens did. It’s time for Congress to pass the Ban Abortion by Mail Act. Fax Congress now to ensure they make the right move to save women and children.
