It’s time to make Dr. Anthony Fauci pay.

Biden’s autopen pardon may prevent Fauci from facing the consequences of the worst of his crimes. But when Fauci refused to testify before Congress last week, he committed a new federal crime, and even Biden’s pardon cannot protect Fauci now — but only if we compel Congress to act now.

For days, I have been writing to you with the facts of the almost unbelievable health destruction and deaths that Anthony Fauci’s actions unleashed on the world. 

But Fauci didn’t just kill people — he killed the economy, and many people and family businesses were never able to recover. 

Bankruptcies skyrocketed

In addition to the heavy cost of health, liberty, and lives, Fauci’s manufactured COVID crisis took a shocking toll on the nation’s economy. 

• Business bankruptcies shot up a shocking 40%. 
• Personal bankruptcies jumped a heartbreaking 17%. 

Between 2020 and 2023, Fauci’s unlawful shutdown orders resulted in 14 TRILLION dollars of economic losses in the U.S. alone. To put that number in context, the entire U.S. federal government budget for 2026 was 7.4 trillion dollars.

Fauci didn’t just bankrupt businesses; he bankrupted the nation.

Fauci’s COVID creation and ensuing mandates destroyed people’s ability to make a living. And then, his shutdowns put a further squeeze on people via skyrocketing inflation.

Between 2020 and 2023:

• Fuel prices rose 41%. 
• Energy prices rose 38%. 
• Food prices rose 30%.

All because a madman funded illegal gain-of-function research to create coronaviruses at the Wuhan lab in China. And one of those viruses just happened to escape that lab and terrorize the entire world.

Then that same madman imposed grotesque mandates, robbing people of their God-given, constitutionally protected liberties — like the liberty to worship freely and the right to refuse a dangerous experimental drug.

• Lives were lost from the escaped virus.
• Livelihoods and liberty were lost from the shutdowns.
• Lives were lost from the shots.
  

It’s time to make Fauci pay.

Joe Biden's last-minute pardon shields Dr. Fauci from punishment for the worst of his crimes. However, the U.S. Supreme Court case Brown v. Walker clearly states that once a person, like Fauci, has been pardoned, he no longer holds the right to invoke the Fifth Amendment, and refusal to testify before Congress is a federal crime, punishable by fines and prison.

Fauci MUST be held accountable.

If the Senate won’t do it, the House must!

Demand Congress Prosecute Fauci.
