Today in Washington, D.C., Liberty Counsel joined a news conference announcing a federation of some of the largest faith-based organizations in the country. The Freedom Federation gathered in the Nation’s capital to plan, strategize, and work together on common interests within the Judeo-Christian tradition to mobilize their grassroots constituencies and to communicate faith and values to the religious, social, cultural, and policymaking institutions.

The Freedom Federation is not a separate group or a single organization. It is a federation of individual organizations, working together to mobilize a grassroots movement. It is s federation of nationally recognized, multi-ethnic and transgenerational organizations and leaders.

We are developing a technological communication platform that will allow these groups to remain autonomous while, at the same time, linking them together in a way that the members of each group will benefit from the information and events offered by and for all the others.

Original Intent: The Courts, the Constitution, and Religion

This book is filled with hundreds of the Founders' quotes revealing their beliefs on the role of religion in public affairs, the proper role of the courts, the intended limited scope of federal powers, states' rights, and numerous other issues.
