Federal Healthcare Law Faces its Biggest Challenge Tuesday at Court of Appeals

The oral argument in Liberty University v. Geithner will be heard at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit at 1000 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia, on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. ET. Immediately following the Liberty University case, the court will hear arguments in the Virginia case. Audio will be available online by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at http://www.ca4.uscourts.gov/. The courtroom is open to the public. Overflow seating has been made available in anticipation of the crowd.
