Without the right to life, no other rights matter. Since 1989, Liberty Counsel has sought to advance the cause of life. In 2013, as in past years, we have joined with other organizations to strengthen the effectiveness of the pro-life message.

During this year, we partnered with other groups to support pro-life constitutional amendments in Colorado, Mississippi, and North Dakota. We also filed briefs in support of life at the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and an Arkansas federal court.

We entered into a strategic partnership with other pro-life organizations, including Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar of the reality television show 19 Kids and Counting, to launch www.LifeUnited.org, a website with a wide range of pro-life resources to help women and their families.

Liberty Counsel is also strategic in the use of our resources. For the past two years, our nondonor funding (which includes court-awarded attorney’s fees received from our opposition) has covered 100% of our fundraising and administrative costs, leaving every penny we receive from generous donors like you to fund our vital  litigation and education projects!

• Call in your credit card donation to 800-671-1776, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or leave your name and number after hours and someone will call for your donation;

• Log in to your PayPal account and designate [email protected] as the email address to receive your payment;

• Donate a vehicle (car, truck, RV or boat) by calling 1-877-CHARITY (http://www.1-877-charity.org) and designate Liberty Counsel (federal tax ID number 59-2986294) to receive the sale proceeds;

• Make a gift of stock or property and deduct the fair market value. Call 800-671-1776 and we will assist you;

• Order books and other resources from Liberty Counsel's secure online store.
