Mathew D. Staver, President and General Counsel of Liberty Counsel, will present oral argument before the Florida Supreme Court tomorrow to address how the Florida Marriage Protection Amendment meets the "single subject" requirement of the state constitution.

Every voter initiative in Florida must address a single subject and must be reviewed by the Florida Supreme Court before it appears on the ballot. The Marriage Amendment addresses the single subject of marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Support Grows for Day of Purity

Youth across America and around the world are preparing for Day of Purity events. Participants have signed up from most states and a number of foreign countries, including Nigeria. Dr. Jerry Falwell has endorsed the Day of Purity, and students at both Liberty University and Liberty Christian Academy will be participating.
