Liberty University School of Law is pleased to announce a 94.4% Virginia bar passage rate for the class of 2008. The school's continued success on the bar exam places the law school in the top tier of all law schools in the country with respect to bar passage rates. Liberty's graduates from the class of 2008 took the bar exam in 13 states.

Students at Liberty may participate in many externship opportunities, including with Liberty Counsel, working on cases that set national precedent. Students who are interested in public policy have the opportunity to work with the Liberty Center for Law and Policy in Washington, D.C.

Mat Staver, Founder of Liberty Counsel, is also Dean of Liberty University School of Law. Jerry Falwell, Jr., who is also an accomplished attorney, serves as the University Chancellor and CEO.
