Join other concerned Americans who support Liberty Counsel’s federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the healthcare bill. Sign our Statement of Support for Litigation to Stop "ObamaCare."

The healthcare bill is unconstitutional for several reasons, including the fact that Congress lacks the authority to mandate insurance coverage for individuals or private businesses. Any "reconciliation" issues that may eventually be incorporated into the core bill will not change its essential mandates.

Liberty Counsel will file suit challenging the constitutionality of the bill if it is signed by President Obama. Liberty University, the largest and fastest-growing Christian university in the world, with over 50,000 students, is one of the plaintiffs in the suit. The suit will also raise the concerns of individuals, private nonprofit and for-profit businesses and organizations, and religious institutions.

We must file suit to protect the American people from this federal government takeover. We need your help. We need hundreds of thousands of concerned Americans to sign a Statement of Support in order to get the best impact from bringing this litigation.

The battle against this outrageous, socialist power grab has been fought in the court of public opinion for nearly a year, and Liberty Counsel is now taking it into an appropriate federal courtroom! As you read this Liberty Alert, our litigation team is preparing the lawsuit.
