It is essential for you to be aware of your rights.
A person injured by a COVID shot will need either:
  1. A workers’ compensation attorney (if the vax was required by the employer and that is the only remedy), or
  2. A personal injury attorney (if the vax was required by an employer whose actions in requiring the vax rises to the level of "reckless indifference" or "grossly careless disregard" of human life); or
  3. A personal injury attorney if the vax was required by a school where there is no employer/employee relationship.

NOTE: The pharmaceutical companies are immune from a law suit. The sites which administer the vax may not be immune, but this needs to be researched.
